Instructional Designer

I’m an instructional designer with experience developing learning and operational strategies for corporate, nonprofit, and education audiences. I analyze business and learner needs to identify and validate the most appropriate solutions. I then connect learning desired outcomes, learning experiences, and evaluation to create cohesive learning solutions that support both individual growth and organizational goals.

My Approach to Design

Analyze before designing.

I examine business goals, performance needs, learner characteristics, existing solutions, and operational realities to identify gaps and determine the most appropriate path forward.


Design with purpose.

I translate identified needs into aligned outcomes, learning experiences, and evaluation measures grounded in adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

Collaborate across teams.

I partner with stakeholders, subject-matter experts, creative teams, and project partners to validate decisions and develop solutions that work for both learners and the organization.

Lead through implementation.

I manage tasks, dependencies, review cycles, timelines, and deliverables to move solutions from discovery through implementation while maintaining alignment with project goals.
